First, you’ll connect with the EK Built team and share your home vision and goals. From there, we’ll connect you with the right team members to help you proceed with your new home project!

2.   Plan

If you’re opting for the custom home route, we’ll collaborate to get started on your home. This includes finding selecting floor plans, and initial design concepts.

3.   Establish

Step three is an exciting phase regardless of your new home route. For custom builds, this is when we handle paperwork, permits, and procurement necessary to start construction.

4.   Build

For custom home projects, this marks the official groundbreaking. It’s when your vision begins to take shape in reality.

5.   Handover

Pack your bags and update your mailing address! Now, it’s time to receive the keys to your new home and move in.

During this phase, we’ll also set you up with your homeowner portal login. This will allow you to access your warranty, make service requests, and gain valuable home maintenance tips
